Hello and Welcome to the Winnipeg DotNetNuke User Group Website.  This user group was officially launched on March 2, 2008 and has been added to the DotNetNuke user group listing.

DotNetNuke (DNN) is an open source web portal developed with Microsoft ASP.Net and MSSQL Server.  Find out more about the DNN open source web portal project here.

This user group was started by Al Williams of Sunset Hill Solutions.  We've been using the portal platform since version 2.1.2 in 2004 and have witnessed the tremendous maturity of DNN in the last four years.  We recently became Bronze Sponsors of the project.

The intent of the Winnipeg DotNetNuke User Group will be to have regular monthly or bi-monthly meetings - once our user base grows sufficiently.  We'll also be posting useful DNN links and resources over the coming months.  If you are interested in joining, please register now - and if you know of any other web developers interested in DNN, please spread the word.
